Gaiatech Project — The Vision of Sound Evolution

Gaiatech is the brainchild of Italian music producer Simone Mecozzi, an artist whose creative journey bridges decades of musical exploration.
Formerly known as DJ Meko, Simone is not only a producer but also a designer and visionary sound architect. His roots lie in the raw energy of the 1990s rock scene, where he played guitar and drums before venturing into the vibrant realm of electronic music and DJ culture in the late ’90s.

Over the years, Simone has performed live and DJed across diverse stages within the techno and electronic underground, shaping a unique sonic identity defined by emotion, experimentation, and evolution.

Since 2009, the Gaiatech Project has released numerous works that transcend genre boundaries — blending melodic techno, progressive, psychedelic, dubstep, and ambient cinematic textures into a signature soundscape. Each production reflects a continuous quest for innovation, refusing confinement to traditional styles and instead embracing creative hybridization — where technology, rhythm, and emotion merge to create new dimensions of sound.
